Paula Tompkins built her company into an industry leader as Founder and CEO. She is skilled at spotting trends, quickly assessing problems, and finding innovative solutions to ensure a company is on track to meet its goals. 

Paula led the company’s creation of thousands of omnichannel marketing, sales, and service digital solutions for large global enterprises on six continents, 36 countries, and 24 languages impacting hundreds of millions of B2B and B2C customers. She holds two U.S. Patents.

Paula now wants to provide guidance to early and emerging-stage company leadership by leveraging her extensive experience in these roles. She looks to help these companies as a Board Member and/or Executive Advisor. She understands VC and PE-backed startups, how to bootstrap, and drive turnarounds. Having survived and thrived as a Founder and CEO, she’s ready to share all she’s learned with younger CEO’s still navigating their future growth and success.
